Keys are to be returned by NOON on your lease ending date. Units will be inspected beginning at 12:30pm on the day your lease expires. There are no walk-through inspections prior to move out. Security deposits will be returned within 30 days of the lease ending date.

Security Deposit Information

If you have a balance due, you will receive an itemized statement by mail within 30 days of your lease ending. The security deposit will be mailed to one lessee. If there are multiple people on the lease please specify who should receive the security deposit. It is your responsibility to provide us with a forwarding address upon returning keys and ensuring you have a zero balance.
